JSD creates three very distinctive, highly functional and impactful hospitality uniform ranges for IHG, helping to build Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza as clearly differentiated brands while providing the Group with valuable economies of scale and operational efficiency across international markets. JSD has been an IHG partner since 2008.

The three custom hotel uniform ranges comprise 450 SKUs, which JSD supplies to nearly 500 individual hotels in 18 countries, responding directly to over 250 requests a week. JSD is able to support the needs of these hotels and their 20,000 end-wearers thanks to its flexible, multi-channel ordering system, smart predictive stock control, an outstanding international supply chain and a tried-and-tested distribution partner. The success of these JSD operations for IHG was recognized in the category for Best Managed Contract at the 2018 Professional Clothing Awards.

The latest hotel uniform designs for Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express were developed in parallel as part of a major development of the two brands. The process involved close collaboration with IHG’s EMEA teams and extensive on-the-job research across multiple markets and a deep immersion by JSD’s designers into both brands, along with extensive wearer trials before launch.
